Shipping & Returns
This website is operated by Jennifer Chamandi Limited. This shipping policy describes the shipping tariffs applied to your order, and any applicable taxes, duties and customs that you must pay and how any returned goods will be processed.
Jennifer Chamandi Limited is pleased to offer international shipping to all destinations via our chosen international courier, currently DHL International GmbH (“DHL”).
Please allow 1-2 working days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Please note that our order cut-off time is 12 noon GMT and orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will be packed and shipped the following business day.
As the customer, you will be responsible for the payment of the above shipping tariffs plus any VAT, custom duties, export, import or other taxes, imposts and similar charges applicable to your order (and any applied if you return goods to us). Jennifer Chamandi Limited has no control over these charges (which are your responsibility to pay) and does not cover or reimburse any fees charged by a third party. Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.
We aim to deliver all our orders within 3-7 working days worldwide.
International delivery times may vary, particularly if shipments are subject to customs and duty procedures beyond our control. Please see the taxes, duties & customs section below for more information.
Please note that shipping times may also vary when subject to national holidays and bank holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track your order. Please allow up to 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available.
If you did not receive an email with tracking details or have questions, please feel free to contact us at: email@example.com.
We are pleased to offer returns or exchanges on any item, free of charge provided that:
- you must contact our customer service team within 14 days after the day the goods arrived;
- we receive your returned item to our warehouse within 28 days from your receipt of the goods; and
- the item meets the requirements of our Returns Policy.
Please note, this returns policy is offered in addition to any statutory legal rights you may have.

All Sales are final. No returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
Once a bespoke order is placed, our lead time is 4-6 weeks. No refunds or exchanges are available for any pieces created through our Bespoke Service. The product image is a simulation and the final product may vary slightly from the image.
To arrange a return or exchange:
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, date of purchase and reason for the exchange within 14 days from the date your goods are delivered. To be clear, you must cancel the contract within 14 days else you will lose your right to cancel the contract.
- Once your return request has been authorised we will contact you via email and supply you with a DHL airway bill, any necessary paperwork and Shipping Instructions.
- Once we have provided you with the paperwork at (2) above, the goods must be returned to us within 14 days. We recommend that you book your order return pick-up as soon as possible to ensure it reaches us within 14 days.
Please note that if your goods arrive in instalments and you would like to cancel all or part of your order, you must inform us of your intention to cancel within 14 days after the day on which you receive the last of the separate goods ordered. The goods must then be returned and safely received at our warehouse within an additional 14 days.
We recommend that you use a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details, as we will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of your item being returned.
When trying on shoes, please be mindful not to scratch the soles or mark the shoe box. Returns must also include the following items:
- Dust bag;
- Original branded box; and
- Heel tips originally provided (as these are considered part of the product)
Please also place the original branded box carefully packed inside another box to prevent damage to it during shipping.
Items will be inspected upon arrival at Jennifer Chamandi Limited and any items that do not meet the above requirements or are returned worn, used, altered or damaged will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued (and we reserve the right to charge you the shipping cost of doing so)
If you are returning an item, please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse. We’ll send you an email once our team has processed your refund. PayPal and Credit Card refunds can take up to 10 business days to clear back into your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original payment method.
If you are exchanging an item, please allow 3-5 business days from your return to be processed by our team. We will send you an email once your new item has been shipped.
If you wish to try another style, simply return it for a credit refund and purchase the new item separately.
Please note shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
TAX, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Goods are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (“DDU“) basis.
This means you are responsible for any import duties, VAT and other applicable taxes on International Orders.
Be aware that this may delay your delivery time, as goods may be held at customs and we will not be liable for any delays caused as a result of taxes, duties or customs’ processes.
All final payments are taken in GBP.
We are unable to control the exchange rates between the time of purchase and the time of refund, so on occasions there may be small changes in the amount paid and amount refunded. We shall not be liable for any currency fluctuations and any discrepancy in the refunded amount.
SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
In the event that we have processed an order incorrectly or that you have received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange or take back that item for a full refund at our expense.
